The meeting held that in 2018, the whole working system adhered to the general tone of "striving for progress in a stable way", focusing on the main line of high-quality development, focusing on increasing the supply of green and high-quality agricultural products, steadily expanding the total scale, focusing on improving product quality, strict post-certification supervision, focusing on enhancing brand influence, increasing brand publicity, focusing on enterprise efficiency and farmers'income, actively exploiting the market and actively launching new products. Give full play to the function of the exhibition platform, focus on strengthening industrial support, strengthening technical standards research, focusing on winning the battle against poverty, highlighting the brand poverty alleviation work, and firmly promote the sustainable and healthy development of green food, organic agricultural products, Agricultural Geographical indications, showing the trend of small provinces to big provinces, big provinces to strong provinces, for the quality of agriculture strategy and Rural Revitalization strategy. The implementation has played a positive role in demonstration and driving. By the end of 2018, the total number of geographical indications of green food, organic agricultural products and agricultural products was 37778, an increase of 18.1% over 2017. The total amount of green and high-quality agricultural products provided to the society was over 300 million tons, and the qualified rate of quality sampling reached over 98%.

 

The meeting emphasized that next year will be the 30-year development of the green food industry. Standing at a new time node, the whole work system should focus on its objectives and tasks, reorganize its working ideas, consolidate its advancing measures and innovate its working methods. First, it should adhere to the goal orientation, adhere to the strategic idea of scientific development and high-quality development, and coordinate the relationship between quantity, quality and efficiency. Transfer the development goal and orientation to the promotion of industrial quality, efficiency and competitiveness, and strive to achieve high industrial level, high product quality, high industrial efficiency and high brand value. Second, we should adhere to the problem-oriented principle of "strictness first", speed up the establishment and improvement of the certification system and quality assurance system, and earnestly achieve strict procedures, perfect systems, effective measures and seamless docking. Third, we should persist in serving the overall situation, improve the station, enlarge the pattern, and actively integrate the work of green food, organic agricultural products and geographical indications of agricultural products into the key work of Rural Revitalization strategy, quality agriculture strategy, green agricultural development and industrial poverty alleviation. Fourthly, we should adhere to the bottom line thinking, enhance the awareness of hardship, improve the ability of prevention and control, focus on preventing quality risks, defusing public opinion risks and eliminating the risk of clean government.
